Green Recruitment is based in Brussels and (it) was founded by Laurent-Philippe Ham and Thomas Carlier, two enterprising and enthusiastic young men with more than ten years experience in the field of professional recruitment.
Our goal is to develop an individual approach starting with a thorough knowledge of the different actors and their specific needs of environmental and energy profiles. We are mainly active in the Benelux region but we are also able to provide profiles from other European countries.
Our philosophy has its roots in the needs of our clients and candidates and it’s based on our key values – Passion, Ethics, Transparency and Trustworthiness. We are committed to deliver the highest possible results to our clients and candidates by using among other innovative communication channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, RSS, video, etc).
