Job Description
Objectives:
To analyze, to set up and to implement from A to Z sustainability strategies and corporate responsibility projects for our clients.
Main Tasks
- Develop the practice and support the growth of the firm by detecting opportunities in sustainability and corporate responsibility services (including proposal redaction and client prospection).
- Analysis and development of sustainability strategies for our clients for public and private sector (corporate responsibility management and reporting development of new markets, communication improvement, search new client…) including analysis of economic, environmental and social impact for client.
- Support client in the implementation of their sustainability / sustainable business strategy.
- Prepare sustainability communication plan.
- Point of view redaction on sustainability and corporate responsibility.
- Training and conference organization.
Your Profile
- You have a university degree eventually followed by a post-graduate degree.
- You have at least 4 years of related successful work experience in sustainability and energy management.
- You have a good knowledge of sustainability drivers.
- You have strong ability to translate client operational model in clear and documented process.
- You have acquired good knowledge in various domains around sustainability and corporate responsibility reporting and management.
- You are knowledgeable with GRI and other corporate responsibility standards (e.g. ISO26000).
- You are a team player with strong communication and facilitation skills. You also have good negotiation and commercial skills.
- You are open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. French and Additional languages are a plus.
- You have a strong knowledge of Environmental Politics and measures taken at the EU, national and regional level.
- You have knowledge of water and biodiversity business risk management.
